SILENT KILLERS ARE REAL- HE SURVIVED A HEART ATTACK

Four years ago, my “apparently healthy” husband survived a sudden unexpected heart attack that led to an emergency stent placement procedure to save his life. It was the most terrifying day of our lives. By God's grace, he recovered—but our journey toward more intentional and diligent care of health had just begun. We made some lifestyle changes and since then, we’ve seen dramatic improvements in our own health, and we now devote our lives to helping others do the same—especially those with little or no adequate access to healthcare. We are concerned about many others, like ourselves, who are just too busy taking care of everybody and everything else and dedicate little or no time to their health and wellness. 

Following this life-changing event, I became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and together we launched this nonprofit to provide free, accessible health education and screenings to underserved populations, and for an awareness for those who find themselves too busy taking care of everything else except their health.

What nearly took Pastor Dr. G. Boakai Paasewe's life became the fuel for our mission to help others prevent what we faced. 

Today, our organization provides essential, free health services to individuals and families with little or no access to care.
