We are seeking support to purchase supplies and equipment, expand our volunteer base, and increase our outreach.
Your donation helps us provide:

· Equipment like stethoscopes, glucometers, BP cuffs, and cholesterol monitors
· Supplies like gloves, lancets, alcohol swabs, and sharp containers
· Referral and follow-up coordination with local clinics
· Teaching models and educational materials
