Our Focus:

1. Our primary focus is on the:

A. Prevention of the development of diseases and conditions of focus (Through health education workshops and zoom presentation and face to face meetings)

B. Early detection (Through face-to-face health screening of blood pressure, body measurements and capillary punctures with immediate results)

and

C. Reduction of complications (By early identification and referral to nearby or affiliated Free Clinics for further care by a licensed provider)

2. Education that:

-creates awareness of the severity of these diseases when left undiagnosed or uncontrolled

-Empowers healthier lifestyle choices and behavioral changes that are long lasting. Knowledge is power!

3. Prevention of life-altering outcomes like kidney failure, heart attacks, and strokes ((By early identification and referral to nearby or affiliated Free Clinics for further care by a licensed provider)

Health education and health screening combined have been reported to have a better outcome in preventing diseases than either one alone.

Health Screening has proven to be beneficial to patients in preventing complication of diseases for those cases that are diagnosed early in the process of the disease or condition.

Preventable chronic diseases and conditions, such as Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Mobid Obesity when left undiagnosed and uncontrolled often result in poor quality of life, heart disease and failure, kidney disease and failure, stroke, heart attacks and death.
