We Come to You 

Our professional mobile team brings vital health services directly to underserved neighborhoods and faith-based communities.  We will make the best of the space that is provided upon the discussion during the booking of your:

a. FREE Health Screening event

or

b. FREE Health Educational event 

Book your appointment, gather your group of participants of 15-20 in number and we will be there once we work out the details.

Participants receive immediate test results in a confidential manner. Each one receives guidance on the results, allowed to ask questions and if numbers are out of the normal range, a follow-up referral slip is provided for you to take along with you for a provided to follow-up with you. 

All events are FREE and DONATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR EACH EVENT.
