There was a TV advertisement I heard growing up as a child and it played EVERYNIGHT on the after the news, which meant it was time to go to bed. This is what it said right after the audio sound of car crash, and it was just a black and white photo and the audio on that ad. I must have heard it enough times and it has left an impact on me. 

This was the advertisement verbal audio:

 "We all want to go to heaven, but how many of us want to go now? Don't drink and drive! For the life you save, may be your own, or that of someone you love"

Remember, my husband was apparently very health as far as our eyes could tell, but he had a heart attack out of what we would call "out of nowhere"

The part that gets me the most is the last part: "......the life you save may be your own or that of someone you love"

Q/A about booking your event:

1. Do they need to register? Yes, we need to be sure people will show up.

2. How can you book an event? Use the link provided for "book an event"

3. How many people? 15-20 people minimum

4. Where will the screening take place? We come to your location.

5. How long does it take for each person? About 20 minutes per person

6. How long will the event be? Usually a total or 5 hours: 3 hours to see participants 20 minutes per person, with an hour before and an hour after to set up and break down the privacy set-up. 

7. What kind of space will be needed? An open space we can set-up into sections with privacy curtains or dividers which we will provide.

8. What day and time work best for Effort & Serenity? Saturdays from 11am to 2pm for the event and we will need to arrive 10am and latest to be gone by 3pm.

9. What place would you go? Churches, nonprofits, schools, associations, work organizations and shopping centers.

10. What procedures will you do? Usually at shopping centers or a gathering of family or block party or where there is no privacy, we will do only blood pressure checks. 

11. How would you know all the details? When you book the appointment, you will receive a follow-up phone call to discuss the details?

12. What's the charge? There is no charge. Donations are accepted. We have no grants and operate out of pocket, so yes, it is costly. However, there is no charge or bill to follow the service. 

13. Did you say this is FREE? What's the catch? There is no catch and yes, it is free.
